I usually do a little bit of tidy up around the house in the Christmas-New Year break. I have an envelop that has been sitting inside my diary for a year (yes, I still use a diary that I can touch and flip). In this day and age it is very rare to receive thank you notes (the ones that you can touch and feel) from my clients. So when I do, I really treasure them.
